When Chicks Hatch-Very 1st Give Away!

I could not put this book down! I know, that a lot of you know, that the author is my best friend, but let me tell you, I was so lost in the lives of the 5 women in this book, that I completely forgot that she wrote it!

In When Chicks Hatch, Heather Randall introduces us into the lives of 5 unique women. They are not much different than me and you! They are all dealing with circumstances that life has thrown their way, both through their choice and out of their control. From infertility to infidelity we can all relate to at least one of these ladies. Yet, through it all we see God weaving His plans behind the scene as He begins to piece the chaos of their lives together to fit into His perfect plan. This book boasts the theme of Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose."
I could not put it down and I believe that you won't be able to either!

About the Author:   Heather Randall grew up in Livonia, Michigan, where she resided until she was 27. She met her husband at a church in Plymouth, Michigan. They both signed up for the clown ministry team and fell in love at clown school (of all places). She and her husband have been married for ten years. Despite being prepared for the probability of infertility early in their marriage, God overruled the doctor’s prognosis and blessed them with three daughters and a son.
While still in Michigan, they were commissioned into ministry. They have since served four churches total in both Michigan and Oklahoma. She often finds herself surrounded by kids and she feels blessed to make an impact on their lives for Christ. She has also been active in Women's ministry and have a special heart for moms. She feels blessed to be a stay at home mom and takes pride in homeschooling her children.  SHe also keep busy reading and writing book reviews on her blog for various publishers. Today, her family makes their home in Coweta, Oklahoma.
Her hobbies include spending time with family, writing, reading, creating and trading mail art, and blogging. Her other blogs include:

Art-ucation: Her art blog. There is a lot of eye candy and several links for teaching children to love and appreciate art.
Novelized- At this blog you’ll find her personal writings, reviews and some of her artwork.
Writing has always been a desire of her heart. When Chicks Hatch is her first published novel. Although taking care of her four children often competed with the challenges of parenting, she remained steadfast and completed her manuscript. She knew she had a story God could use and, above anything else, she wanted to be used by God. Ultimately, she was desperate for God to fuel her abilities to grow His Kingdom. She has seen God take disappointments and shape them into dreams. She have watched God use trials and heartbreaks to build some of the strongest and most treasured Christian examples in her life. Heather knows what God can do and her hope is that her readers will be reminded of Him as they read When Chick's Hatch.

Celebrating Mr. Popper

5 years ago today, my prayers were finally answered. After 5 long years of waiting, we were finally able to welcome our amazing little boy into the world!
I never could have imagined how much that little boy would change my world. He has taught me so much, most importantly what love is! I thought I knew it all before he came along. :) Don't we all before our 1st child!?!
I can't even begin to imagine where my life would be without him.

Happy 5th Birthday, Mr. Popper!
Mommy loves you!
