Snow Days!

I made the discovery this year that my children will never understand the excitement of snow days. This just wouldn't do! Thomas and I decided that we had to make it special for them even if we still had school on those days. 

I think we succeeded! We made snow ice cream! They were so excited to see Daddy collect the snow out back (the wind chill was -2). We flavored it with bananas instead of vanilla. They loved it! I have to admit that it was pretty tasty!
